Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor dedicated to delivering an authentic beauty experience. You will engage clients with a consultative approach, maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, and execute merchandise sets, replenishment, and visual standards to ensure an exceptional client experience.

You will drive sales by identifying client needs, upselling products, and maintaining brand standards while participating in ongoing training to expand product knowledge and support

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of beauty brands and trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales including upsell opportunities.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and applications.
• Understand and execute sales plans to meet goals.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment and department cleanliness.
• Complete required trainings to expand knowledge.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist with inventory management from receipt to sale.
