Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and upselling products.
• Develop knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
• Provide credibility through product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Support retail and Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising standards.
• Execute sales plans to meet goals.
• Maintain merchandise sets, testers and department cleanliness.
