Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor in Colorado to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and consultative client engagement, applying Sephora at Kohl’s standards to merchandising and customer experience.

You will build loyalty, expand beauty knowledge, demonstrate products, support training, maintain visual standards and handle replenishment, inventory, and omni-processing to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and up-sell products.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to clients through product knowledge and trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application.
• Understand and execute sales plans to meet goals.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Ensure timely floor replenishment to drive sales and customer experience.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Manage inventory from receipt to sale, including freight, back stocking, counts and price changes.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork.
• Follow safety policies and guidelines.
• Handle multiple tasks within timeframes.
