Job summary

Kohl’s in Colorado is hiring a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through consultative engagement and expert beauty knowledge. You will identify client needs, demonstrate products, and uphold Sephora at Kohl’s standards while maintaining merchandising and inventory accuracy.

You will build client relationships, upsell products, and participate in training to stay current on trends. The role emphasizes exceptional service and adherence to store policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing retail or service experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and upselling products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients with product demonstrations and application techniques to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and departmental standards.
• Support omni-processing and inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
