Qualifications

• 3 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for the Beauty Team through partnership with the Store Manager.
• Drive sales by identifying client needs and suggesting products.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Support inventory management and replenishment.
• Foster an inclusive culture and safety compliance.
