Kohl’s Beauty Lead Advisor is seeking a passionate professional to drive sales through beauty expertise and a consultative approach aligned with Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You will build strong client relationships, maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets and visual standards, replenish stock, support omni-channel processing, and deliver an exceptional client experience on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and execute merchandise sets.
• Provide credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products.
• Understand and execute the sales plans to support and meet goals.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
