• Must have authentic passion for beauty and client-facing retail or service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence customers clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Develop knowledge of the beauty industry and stay current on trends.
• Demonstrate products and application techniques to inspire clients.
• Understand and execute sales plans to meet goals.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and hygiene standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment and stock integrity on the sales floor.
• Complete required training to expand product knowledge and skills.
• Support omni-processing within the department and inventory management from receipt to sale.
