Job summary

Sephora at Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through a consultative approach, identifying client needs and maintaining expert knowledge of top beauty brands. You will execute visual merchandising standards and ensure replenishment to support an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.

You will upsell, demonstrate products, and participate in ongoing training to stay ahead of beauty trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty retail or service is required.
• Strong communication and client relation skills.
• Ability to demonstrate products and influence purchases.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through consultative beauty recommendations and upselling.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual standards and replenishment.
• Build client loyalty and expand beauty knowledge.
• Provide product knowledge and demonstrate application techniques.
• Execute sales plans to meet goals and support omni-processing.
• Assist with inventory management from receipt to sale.
