The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.

You will be a role model for the sales team and drive customer service excellence in a prestige beauty environment. You will lead by example, coach the team, manage cash reconciliation, and participate in opening and closing the store on a rota.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience within cosmetics preferable.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and manage opening/closing of the store on a rota.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team to enhance performance.
