Job summary

Macy's in McLean, VA is seeking a Beauty Account Coordinator to drive sales and lead store execution across Cosmetics. You will analyze results, train teams, and lead events to grow brand presence and customer engagement.

You will partner with store leaders and vendors to align with national guidelines while coaching Beauty Advisors and supporting recruitment and onboarding. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of management experience in a retail store, preferably in beauty.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business results to identify opportunities and drive sales goals.
• Communicate priorities and strategies to division and store teams using various methods.
• Collaborate with Regional Merchandise Execution and store partners to support growth.
• Lead and participate in in-store and virtual events, planning and post-event analysis.
• Prepare for store visits and season planning, supporting growth initiatives.
