Macy's is hiring a Beauty Account Coordinator to act as the category expert in cosmetics, elevating store experiences through deep product knowledge and training. You will drive sales by delivering excellent service and partnering with store leadership to execute national standards and local strategies.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail management or beauty, strong communication, and event planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Retail/beauty experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business results to identify sales-driving opportunities and goals.
• Communicate priorities and direction to Division and store teams through various channels.
• Collaborate with Regional Merchandise Execution, Beauty Field Directors, and Store partners to support store growth.
• Lead and participate in event execution, including in-store and virtual events, with post-event analysis.
• Prepare for and follow up on store visits and preseason planning meetings to support growth.
• Develop relationships with vendors and communicate priorities and needs.
• Ensure execution aligns with national guidelines and standards across stores and vendors.
• Observe competitors and communicate findings to central and regional teams.
• Foster a customer-centric service culture and coach Beauty team members.
