Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Beauty Account Coordinator to act as the cosmetics category expert for assigned stores, elevating the customer experience through deep product knowledge, ongoing training, and best-in-class service.

You will lead store partnerships, plan and execute in-store and virtual beauty events, and coach Beauty Advisors to strengthen clientelling, loyalty, and multi-brand selling across the floor.

Travel up to 50% and collaboration with vendors and corporate teams are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of management experience in a retail store, preferably in beauty.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft reports and present to management and partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business results to identify sales-driving opportunities and support goal achievement.
• Communicate priorities and strategies to Division and store teams using various formats.
• Lead and participate in event execution, including in-store and virtual events, with planning and post-event analysis.
• Coach Beauty Advisors and plan coaching priorities with store leadership.
• Foster clientelling and loyalty through customer relationships and knowledge sharing.
