Job summary

Macy’s in Dallas is seeking a Beauty Account Coordinator to act as the Cosmetics category expert for assigned stores. You will elevate the in‑store experience through deep product knowledge, training, and outstanding customer service while partnering with store teams to drive sales and identify opportunities.

Lead and participate in events, coordinate launches and vendor activities, coach Beauty Associates, and ensure consistent execution of planograms, fixtures, and visual standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years management experience in a retail store, preferably in beauty.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities.
• Customer-centric mindset and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business results to identify sales-driving opportunities and achieve goals.
• Communicate priorities, strategies, and direction to division and store teams using multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Regional Merchandise Execution, Beauty Field Directors, and store partners to support growth in stores.
• Lead and participate in event execution, including vendor launches and virtual events, and analyze post-event outcomes.
• Prepare for store visits and pre-season planning meetings; coordinate in-person and virtual visits to support growth.
• Develop relationships with vendors and communicate priorities and needs clearly.
• Ensure execution of national guidelines on planograms, fixtures, and visuals; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Observe competitors and report findings to central and regional teams.
• Encourage innovative thinking and a customer-focused selling approach.
