Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Beauty Account Coordinator to advocate for sales growth as the category/brand expert in Cosmetics for assigned stores. You will elevate the store experience through product knowledge, training, and excellent customer service while partnering with store and division teams to drive multi-brand selling and successful Beauty events.

The role focuses on leading store execution, coaching Beauty colleagues, and building strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a retail store, preferably in beauty.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to management and partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business results to identify sales-driving opportunities.
• Communicate priorities and direction to Division and store teams.
• Collaborate with Regional Merchandise and Store partners to support growth.
• Lead and participate in event execution (corporate, promotional, vendor launches, virtual).
• Plan for store visits and pre-season planning meetings.
• Develop relationships with vendors and communicate priorities.
• Ensure execution aligns with standards and national guidelines; drive corrective actions.
• Observe competitors and communicate findings to teams.
• Encourage forward-thinking strategies and a customer-centric service culture.
• Support coaching priorities and training for Beauty team members.
