Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. seeks a SBA - Lancôme to maximize sales and deliver an exceptional guest experience at the Lancôme counter. You will engage guests, perform makeup demonstrations, and manage events while upholding store standards.

The role requires cosmetics artistry experience preferred, strong relationship-building, and excellent communication. Flexibility for days/evenings/weekends is expected in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Lancôme brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to store goals.
• Greet guests, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain brand area cleanliness and stock, and participate in merchandise resets.
