Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Specialty Beauty Advisor – Lancôme (SBA – Lancôme) to maximize Lancôme sales by engaging guests, performing makeup applications, and driving brand events. You will support sales goals, train through brand programs, and maintain store standards while building loyal customer relationships at our Lancôme counter.

The role requires cosmetics artistry experience or strong passion for beauty, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred
• High school diploma is preferred
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Lancôme brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to store goals.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging every guest, providing samples, and recommending products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Stay current on prestige training to drive category performance.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and active contact with a growing Lancôme customer list.
• Stay informed on trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
