Job summary

In larger stores, responsibilities may extend under the guidance of the Beauty Manager, and reporting is to the Store Manager or Beauty Manager as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of visual standards and in-store presentation.
• Drive product storytelling and selling behaviors to bring the brand to life.
• Uphold store standards for sales floor and fitting rooms where applicable.
• Collaborate with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness.
• Coach and develop associates; manage labor and daily workflows.
• Execute floorset mapping, product launches, and shipment processing as needed.
