The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate at our Whitehall, PA location. You will interact with customers, process purchases and returns, and contribute to a clean and organized store environment while adhering to all policies and loss prevention standards.

Role requires strong communication, ability to multitask, and a flexible schedule. Prior retail experience is preferred; candidate should be detail-oriented and work well with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty and respect.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising and prepares merchandise for sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness.
• Supports safety compliance and loss prevention goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
