Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Experience Manager (EM) to lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers. You will drive guest satisfaction, grow services and retail sales, and ensure operational excellence across salons, boutiques, and makeup services.

The EM reports to store leadership, champions Ulta Beauty’s mission, and develops a high-performing team through coaching, training, and customer-centric programs to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management work experience.
• Experience in cosmetics, beauty, or salon services environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, retail sales, and guest loyalty.
• Develop and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest service and sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
• Drive top-line sales growth and manage payroll/budgets to optimize profitability.
• Oversee guest engagement, product demonstrations, and service quality to enhance guest satisfaction.
