Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and managers to deliver guest experience.
• Drive store performance across services, boutiques, retail and guest loyalty.
• Enforce policies, scheduling, payroll, and attendance to meet store goals.
• Coach and develop associates with feedback, training, and performance reviews.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
