Responsibilities

• Visual execution within the beauty business.

• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards where applicable.
• Execute category plans aligned to brand priorities and direction.
• Partner with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness.
• Identify risks or opportunities to improve customer and brand experience.
• Scope may vary by store size; may take broader business responsibility in larger locations.
