Responsibilities

• Ensure strong customer and brand environment by supporting a store that delivers a compelling and consistent Beauty experience.
• Execute and maintain visual execution within the beauty business and product storytelling.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable).
• Align category-level execution to brand priorities and direction.
• Partner with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness.
• Identify and escalate risks, gaps, and opportunities related to customer and brand experience.
• Adapt scope and level of responsibility based on store size and business complexity; broader leadership may be required in some locations.
