Job summary

Victoria’s Secret is seeking a Beauty Supervisor who leads with values to deliver exceptional customer and associate experiences and to grow brand top-line sales. This role collaborates with the Store Manager or Beauty Manager in higher complexity stores to execute brand and customer experiences across the store.

The position focuses on visual execution, product storytelling, and ensuring readiness across category priorities while coaching the team to maintain standards and drive selling

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams with a focus on customer and associate experiences.
• Ability to drive brand-experience execution and top-line sales.
• Comfort with coaching, zoning, and selling as part of daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Visual execution of beauty brand standards and storytelling.
• Sell behaviors and product storytelling to bring the brand to life.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards where applicable.
• Execute category priorities and ensure product readiness.
• Partner with Operations Leaders for product availability and readiness.
• Identify risks or gaps in customer and brand experience and escalate as needed.
• Lead broader responsibilities in alignment with store size and business complexity.
