Victoria’s Secret & Co Beauty Supervisor is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. This role is accountable for brand and customer experience execution within the store. In higher complexity stores, accountability is shared with and guided by a Beauty Manager.

This role reports to the Store Manager or Beauty Manager, as assigned. The Beauty Supervisor ensures a strong customer and brand environment by supporting a store

Qualifikationen

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Excellent merchandising skills.
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• Experience directing other individuals in the performance of their job duties preferred.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

• Visual execution within the beauty business.
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life.
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable).
• Category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction.
• Partners with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness.
• Identifies and escalates risks, gaps, and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience to ensure consistent execution.
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business.
