Job summary

The Victoria's Secret in Las Vegas is seeking a Beauty Supervisor to lead customer and associate experiences that drive brand growth. This role partners with store leadership to execute visual standards, product storytelling, and selling behaviors aligned to brand guidance.

As Head Coach for the beauty team, you will coach associates, manage staffing and labor, maintain merchandising standards, and collaborate with Sales Leadership to deliver consistent brand execution and exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and brand standards.
• Experience coaching and developing retail associates.
• Ability to manage merchandising, floorset execution and product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Visual execution within the beauty business
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
• Category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction
• Partners with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness
• Identifies and escalates risks, gaps, and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience to ensure consistent execution
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling.
• Coaching & development of associates
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties, as assigned, including, but not limited to: floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing
