You will drive visual execution, product storytelling, and coaching as Head Coach to achieve brand priorities, while managing daily tasks, inventory readiness, and collaboration with store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Visual execution within the beauty business
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
• Category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction
• Partners with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness
• Identifies and escalates risks, gaps, and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience to ensure consistent execution
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity
