• Drive product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable).
• Coordinate category-level execution aligned to brand priorities.
• Partner with operations leaders to ensure product availability.
• Identify risks and opportunities related to customer and brand experience.
• Support floorset mapping, product launches, and shipments as assigned.
• Lead and model leadership competencies and coach associates.
