Aquent is partnering with a global beauty leader to bolster education and events initiatives. We’re seeking an organized, energetic professional to support education teams, manage purchase orders, and coordinate events that showcase brand experiences.

Role focuses on logistics, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely execution of education programs and activations. Career growth within a dynamic beauty enterprise is offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, visual merchandising, or a related role, preferably in beauty/cosmetics.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of retail operations and visual merchandising principles.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to education and events teams.
• Create and track purchase orders, adhering to approval processes.
• Order and monitor products for education programs and events.
• Coordinate the gratis program from request through tracking and distribution.
• Assist in planning and logistics for in-store activations, seminars, and events.
• Support schedules, materials, shipping, vendor communications, and on-site requirements.
• Maintain records, trackers, and calendars, following up on open items and deadlines.
• Facilitate communication with internal partners and external vendors for timely project execution.
