Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Beauty Counter Manager to create personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned brand. The role blends client-facing education with in-store and digital interactions to build lasting relationships.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and tailor product recommendations, while managing sales goals and staying current on beauty trends through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
• Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to remain in motion for 6-8 hours per shift and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
