Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads a brand counter in a department store setting, combining sales and teaching to deliver personalized beauty experiences. This role focuses on maximizing counter sales, building customer relationships both in-store and digitally, and managing day‑to‑day counter operations. The manager also coordinates vendor events and supports team performance to drive business results.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations to recommend products based on customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in‑store and digital selling tools including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive customer environment
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist with account sign‑ups to build customer loyalty
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer‑ready presentation

Requirements
