The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and client service for an assigned luxury beauty brand at the store counter, balancing selling with education and customer care. This role drives personal and counter sales through in‑person and digital engagement, vendor collaboration, and event execution. The manager maintains counter presentation and customer readiness while building a loyal client following.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations tailored to customer needs
• Set and achieve individual and counter sales goals using in‑store and digital selling tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and counter activities
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
• Handle sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and assist customers with loyalty account enrollment
• Ensure the counter is organized, clean, and customer‑ready

Requirements
