Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and customer experiences for a specialty beauty counter, combining retail selling with hands‑on beauty consultations. This role balances driving counter performance through personal selling and digital outreach with coaching and coordinating counter activities. The manager also plans and executes vendor events and ensures the counter is organized and customer‑ready.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customer beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in‑store and digital selling tools including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and activations
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize counter results
• Coach and collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges while building customer loyalty and opening customer accounts
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and visual readiness

Requirements
