You will lead makeup applications, skincare analyses and product recommendations while collaborating with teammates to maintain a welcoming environment. You will drive personal and counter sales goals using both in-store and digital tools, manage vendor events, and nurture relationships that maximize results.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results.
• Keep department ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and products through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and build Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
