You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and drive counter sales while collaborating with the team, managing events, and maintaining an organized, welcoming environment for all customers.

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses; recommend products based on customer goals.

• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure customer readiness.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and insights through Nordstrom trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
