Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and drive store objectives and key metrics.
• Create memorable store experiences through relationships with team, vendors, customers, and community.
• Lead team to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and execute promotions and events.
• Build product knowledge and employ suggestive selling to engage customers.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training; collaborate with Beauty Advisors to review goals.
