Responsibilities

• Enhance team selling through onboarding, coaching, and ongoing learning.
• Ensure associates use clienteling tools for personalized omnichannel service and inventory awareness.
• Support merchandising, replenishment, and cleanliness to maintain visual standards.
• Coordinate with store leaders on schedules to optimize productivity and events.
• Be adaptable to changing business needs and new priorities.
• Lead inventory management and asset protection, handling price changes and transfers.
