Qualificações

• 1+ years of retail experience with a focus on customer service.
• Clear ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable using smart phones, tablets, and Windows-based devices.
• Must maintain required professional licenses and certifications as required by state/local boards.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate ownership to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
• Lead team, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales and promotions.
• Build product knowledge and perform suggestive selling with the latest beauty trends.
• Coordinate with store leadership on schedules, events, and inventory accuracy.
• Support omni-channel experiences and assist with merchandising and replenishment.
• Maintain store cleanliness and beauty hygiene standards daily.
