You will lead selling efforts, promotions, and community outreach in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

You will mentor associates, enhance product knowledge, and partner with store leadership to optimize schedules and events. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to learn and use clienteling tools and tech devices

Responsabilités

• Drive store objectives and personal/team metrics
• Build memorable store experiences with team, vendors, customers, and the community
• Lead team to provide excellent service, drive sales, and execute promotions and events
• Foster a positive store culture and celebrate associate achievements
• Maintain product knowledge and guidance in beauty trends for customer engagement
• Encourage repeat client interactions and onboarding of new teammates
• Coordinate with Beauty Advisors to review goals and performance
• Assist with inventory accuracy and omni-channel processes
