Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must regularly move around store areas and be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Comfortable with makeup application and skincare services.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Own store objectives and key metrics through personal and team accountability.
• Create memorable store experiences by building relationships with clients, team, and vendors.
• Lead team to provide excellent service, drive sales, and execute promotions and events.
• Build product knowledge and suggestive selling to engage customers.
• Mentor onboarding and ongoing learning for associates; conduct team meetings.
• Maintain inventory, merchandising, and store cleanliness; support omni-channel processes.
• Schedule alignment with business needs and events.
