You will lead a team with a passion for cosmetics, manage omnichannel clienteling, and support inventory, merchandising, and safety standards in a fast-paced, commission-based environment with monthly bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Dedication to customer service excellence.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Experience with onboarding and training new team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
• Lead team to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
• Execute promotions, events, and customer outreach to grow beauty business.
• Foster a positive store culture and celebrate associate achievements.
