Nordstrom Oak Brook is seeking a Beauty Consultant to create personalized beauty experiences for customers. You will perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, helping clients achieve their beauty goals while building loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards.

You’ll collaborate with teammates to foster an inclusive store environment, set personal and counter sales goals, and manage events and promotions with brand partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer’s beauty goals

• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals, utilizing in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness
• Stay updated on beauty trends and products through trainings
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and build customer loyalty via Nordstrom Rewards
