Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability to achieve store objectives and metrics.
• Create memorable store experiences through team, vendor, customer, and community relationships.
• Lead team in providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and executing promotions and events.
• Build product knowledge and suggestive selling to engage customers and drive repeat interactions.
• Support onboarding and ongoing learning to improve selling skills and store performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory and omni-channel processes, including merchandising, replenishment, and safety standards
