Belk, Inc. & Belk eCommerce LLC. is seeking a Beauty Counter Manager to lead a fast-paced beauty department, drive sales, and build strong client relationships. You will guide a team, execute promotions and events, and engage customers with expert beauty knowledge.

You'll leverage clienteling tools and omnichannel strategies to grow loyalty, while maintaining store standards and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service excellence.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must regularly move around store areas and assist customers.

• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and initiative to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
• Create memorable store experiences through team, vendor, customer, and community relationships.
• Lead team in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and executing promotions and events.
• Foster a positive store culture by sharing successes and recognizing associates.
• Build product knowledge and apply suggestive selling to engage customers.
• Drive repeat client interactions as a trusted resource.
• Support onboarding and ongoing learning for associates and Beauty Advisors.
• Coordinate with store leaders to align schedules with business needs and events.
