Kohl's is seeking a Sephora Beauty Advisor to drive sales through consultative beauty guidance and client engagement. You will identify needs, recommend products, and maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands while supporting replenishment and visual standards at Kohl’s locations.

You will train, demonstrate products and applications, build client loyalty, and participate in omni-channel and inventory processes to ensure an exceptional experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
