Responsibilities

• Drive sales by identifying client needs and suggesting products
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients
• Demonstrate products and applications to inspire purchases
• Complete required training to expand knowledge
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising standards and cleanliness
• Support omni-channel processes within the department
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
