Qualifications

• Passion for beauty and knowledge of trends.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends credibility.
• Demonstrate products and applications to drive sales.
• Complete training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist with inventory from receipt to sale and price changes.
• Note damaged products/fixtures to supervisor and adjust visuals.
