Job summary

Kohl’s in Minnesota is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and a consultative approach with clients. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Kohl’s Sephora standards.

You’ll build loyalty by identifying client needs, upselling products, and delivering excellent service while completing required training and maintaining department cleanliness and merchandising

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products to drive sales.
• Actively engage and complete all required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
