Kohl's in Minnesota is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic passion for beauty and engage clients by identifying their needs with a consultative approach, ensuring an exceptional client experience. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

Qualifications

Authentic passion for beauty.
Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
Inspire clients through demonstrations and application of products to drive sales.
Actively engage and complete all required training to expand knowledge.
Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
