Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and by engaging clients with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl's guidelines.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate products and trends, and participate in training to expand knowledge while ensuring superior in-store experiences and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate and apply products to educate and upsell.
• Complete required trainings to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-processing and department operations.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale including counts and price changes.
• Maintain department visuals and report damaged products.
