Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor in a role focused on delivering an exceptional client experience and expert beauty knowledge. You will engage clients with a consultative approach, drive sales, and uphold Sephora at Kohl’s standards in visual merchandising and replenishment.

You will build loyalty through product demonstrations, stay current on beauty trends, and participate in ongoing training. Strong communication and flexible scheduling are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Client-facing retail or service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and upselling products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to customers.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora visual merchandising and maintain cleanliness.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
• Flag missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
